From The Start!
From our first design meeting to construction and project management, Liquid Creations, Inc. is completely committed to making your pool building experience an enjoyable one. Most pools take between 2-3 months to complete and from the start our superintendent will walk you through our schedule to give you an idea of what you can expect throughout the building process. We will be there to make sure all your questions are answered and you are completely satisfied. |

Here Is What You Can Expect.
While every custom pool that we build is different and unique in its own way, the design and build process generally remains the same. Listed below is what you can expect after you contact us for a pool. |
Design |
1. We Design Your Pool.
We gather all of the information about what you want to accomplish. How and what you want the pool to look like. How you will be using your pool. Then we will measure your yard, consider the location for sunlight and usability and make sure you understand all of your options. |
 Project Management |
2. Within days your custom design will be completed and ready for your review.
Using any blue prints available and our advanced design software you will be able to see what your pool will look like and where it is located on your lot compared to your home. This is also where you will be able to discuss in detail any changes you want, and any further options or features you would like to add. |
Excavation |
3. Once you decide to move forward we can immediately begin to schedule the building phase of your new pool.
As we go through the permitting process our superintendent will schedule a pre-construction meeting with you so that you know exactly what to expect over the next few months. We can do this meeting when and where is most convenient for you. |

4. We will begin to engineer your custom pool with meticulous detail.
We will start by laying out the pool for your approval, after that we will excavate the site. After the pool has been excavated we will form it, install the rebar. Then the plumbing and rough electrical work will be completed. With all of this completed the initial inspection of the pool is required. |
Shotcrete |
5. Your pool will then be with a concrete that we call ShotCrete.
Once this is completed it usually takes between 1-2 weeks to cure. After the ShotCrete has cured we can install the tile and coping that you have chosen. |
Masonry |
6. We will complete all of the masonry work.
If you have chosen any water features, faux rock grotto, slide etc… this is the phase of construction that they will be built or installed. |
Deck |
7. The equipment is now installed.
This is where all of your Pentair equipment will be installed. The final electrical, gas, and water is connected to all equipment. This is to include your wireless remote control system. |
Plaster |
8. Finally your pool will be plastered.
This is one of the last phases of construction. It will usually take one day to plaster your pool. |
Plan a Pool Party! |
9. We fill your new pool with water.
When the plaster phase is completed your pool will be ready to be filled with water. After it is finished filling it will be approximately 3-4 weeks before you will be able to heat your pool. After that it is time for your first pool party. |
